Stephanie specialized in commercial management & leasing as an asset manager of large office buildings & parks, retail centers, strip centers, industrial parks & a regional mall. The client base that she represented were mostly institutional owners such as Aetna Life Insurance, Equitable Life, MetLife, Joint Venturers and some privately owned commercial properties. |

| Stephanie grew up in an Air Force Officer's family. The oldest of 5 children, her childhood was spent living in various countries outside of the United States, including Beirut, Lebanon, Frankfurt, Germany, & Japan. As a teenager, she went to 4 different high schools in 4 different states, attaining a strong ability to make friends easily. And as part of a "roaming" family relocating from country to country & state to state, she has a acquired a very strong understanding of relocation issues that has been very useful in her real estate career. |
